​Dr Farnoush Nia

Dr Farnoush Nia studied in Tehran and graduated in 2004 and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and also a member of the Royal Australian College of Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Dr Nia has also completed a diploma of Children's Health . She has interest in all aspects of general medicine but especially in:
- Women's Health
- Sexual and reproductive health including counselling about all forms of contraception including: Copper IUD, Mirena insertion and Implanon
- Pre-Pregnancy preparation
- Antenatal shared care and post partum support
- Breastfeeding Medicine
- Children's health of all ages from newborns to adolescents 

Her passion at Forsyth Park Medical Centre is to continue to provide a high standard of care and offer high quality services to our patients. Dr Farnoush is dedicated to her work and continues to do further studies to keep her skills up to date. ​

Dr Getulio Lumbes

Graduated from the Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines in 1983. His work history includes working as a Hospital Medical Officer at the Monash Medical Centre, Maroondah Hospital, and Western Hospital-Sunshine. 
Dr Lumbes has been a General Practitioner in the local area for the last 20 years.
Interests include acute and chronic illnesses of both children and adults, preventive screening, contraceptive advice, child and adult immunisations, travel immunisations, certain surgical or invasive procedures such as excision of subcutaneous and cutaneous lumps, electrodessication, cryotherapy, insertion and removal of Implanon.
Dr Lumbes performs male circumcisions and is involved in cosmetic injectable treatment within the practice

Dr Sione Sisifa

Graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and a Diploma in Medicine and Surgery in FIJI in 1976. Dr Sisifa has been working in the local area for the last 20 years. Dr Sisifa speaks English and Tongan. He has a special interest in minor procedures, child and adult immunisations and also preforms male circumcisions. He is also involved in cosmetic injectable treatment within the practice,   
 

Dr Kirsty Tamis

Dr Tamis is originally from Scotland. She studied in Edinburgh and graduated 2007. She was trained in hospital medicine with a focus on Elderly Care and then retrained in General Practice. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians, Royal College of General Practitioners in UK and Australia and has a Diploma in Child Health. She has an interest in all aspects of general practice but especially chronic disease prevention and management, child health and elderly care.

​Dr Jacob Awotwi

Known as Dr Jacob, our newest recruit is originally from the UK. He graduated with an MBBS from Norwich, UK in 2011, He gained his membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2016 and is also a member of the Royal Australian College of GPs. Dr Jacob believes in being a great generalist but also has a special interest in men's health, paediatrics, mental health, elderly care and chronic disease management.

Dr Hadi Jeiroodi

Dr Hadi Jeiroodi is originally from Iran, he studied in Shiraz and graduated in 1998. He also has a background in ENT (Ear, nose and throat diseases) and is a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Jeiroodi has interests in all aspects of general medicine but especially in:
- ENT Diseases
- Diabetes management
- Men's Health
- Dermatology 
​- Children's health of all ages from newborns to adolescents 

His passion and Forsyth Park Medical Centre is to provide holistic care to a various generations of patients.

Dr Gagan Mason

​Dr Mason is newest GP to the practice. Originally from Leeds, England, he graduated (Doctor of Medicine, 2009) from St. Matthews University, Grand Cayman. After gaining a Diploma in Public Health (University of Leeds, 2012) and completing the United States Medical Licensing Exams (USMLE), he worked in Yorkshire as an NHS Foundation Doctor (2012-2014). Between Bradford Royal Infirmary and Harrogate District Hospital, his training including Respiratory Health. Oncology/Palliative Care, General Surgery and Stroke Medicine. Dr Mason completed the Royal College of General Practice in London, UK (2014-2017) and gained RACGP in (2019). He has a special interest in Men’s health, Mental health and Early Cancer Diagnosis; and is available for consultation in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

Dr Vijay Dharani

Dr Vijay graduated from Mysore University in India and completed his Master in Surgery (MS General Surgery) before moving to the United Kingdom in 2004. He then worked in various surgical sub-specialities in the UK and obtained his MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2007. He completed his training in General Practice in the UK and was awarded the MRCGP in 2011. He went on to work as a GP partner in a large medical practice in England for 8 years, He was awarded the fellowship of RACGP in 2019 and moved to Australia.
Dr Vijay has a special interest in Minor Surgery with several years of experience in the removal of variety of skin lesions. He is well versed in the management of various chronic medical conditions and was the Clinical Lead for Diabetes at his medical practice in England. 
Dr Vijay is fluent in English, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, cycling and spending time with his family.
