MyMedicare at Forsyth Park Medical Centre

​MyMedicare is a free voluntary program that formally registers you with your preferred GP and clinic, strengthening continuity of care. By registering with us, you'll have access to: Longer Medicare-funded phone consultations (over 20 minutes) with your GP Bulk billing incentives for children, pensioners, and concession card holders Greater continuity of care and better long-term health outcomes New health benefits being rolled out by the government over the coming years.

How To Register

Register in person at the clinic, or online via your MyGov account or the Express Plus Medicare app: Sign in to MyGov and select Medicare Choose 'Register for MyMedicare' Select Forsyth Park Medical Centre as your preferred clinic Submit and follow the prompts For more information, visit health.gov.au or Services Australia.
